• Shipping Methods: We ship orders via UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS), choosing the method that ensures the quickest delivery to your address. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
• Shipping Locations: We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, or internationally at this time.

• Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 48 hours to ship. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays will be fulfilled the following Monday. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, holiday weekends, or due to inclement weather.

• Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to return or exchange items. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
