Return Policy

At Asili Beauty & Wellness, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy for both online and in-store sales:

Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

Returns for Store Credit: Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

Final Sale Items: Certain items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned.

We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. We will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store or online:

  • Wigs & Hair Extensions
  • Personal Items/devices
  • Swim wear
  • Sale Items

All items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Asili Beauty & Wellness gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.

If you received items ordered online that were received damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

At Asili Beauty & Wellness, we aim to make our return process smooth and transparent. Please note the following restrictions when processing a return:

Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Coupons and Special Offers: Single-use coupons or special offers applied to the original purchase cannot be returned or reused.

Asili Rewards Points: Rewards points cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases or used for items being returned.

Repurchase with Discounts: Products may not be returned with the intent of repurchasing to apply a coupon, special offer, or rewards points.

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
