Directions:


One ounce equal one steam. Bring water to a low temperature boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off heat and allow herbs to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer herbal water to pot, sitz bath or Yoni steam seat. Remove clothing from the waist down. Before squatting or sitting, please use precaution and test the steam. Make sure it is not too hot. It is recommended to drape a long sheet or blanket waist down to the floor, therefore, no steam will escape. Keep your body warm throughout your yoni steam ritual and enjoy.

Precautions:

Do not use while pregnant or think you are pregnant. Do not use if you have Gout or Lupus. We do not suggest you to use while on menstrual or during any vaginal infections or open wounds
