What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Orders are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service depending on the quickest delivery method for your address. Once your order has shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking.

Where Do You Ship? Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada or internationally.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All in-stock orders are processed as quickly as possible but can take up to 48 hours to ship. If you place an order after 1pm EST on a Friday, your order will be fulfilled on that following Monday. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and holiday weekends or due to inclement weather.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed online or in-store.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us by email at info@asilibeauty.net within one hour of placing your order. Your order number and name must be included in the body of the email for tracking purposes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can place an order as a guest or register for an account.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track shipment of your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you've purchased something that is not quite the best fit for you, we're happy to exchange the item or return it within 14 Days for a store credit for later use.
